1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using ERAH Education’s educational services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access our educational materials for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on the website
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

3. Course Enrollment and Payment

By enrolling in our courses, you agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees as specified at the time of enrollment. Course payments are non-refundable as set out in our Refund Policy below.
• Complete coursework within the specified timeframe
• Follow all course guidelines and academic integrity policies
• Respect intellectual property rights of course materials

4. Refund Policy

All course fees and other amounts paid toward programme enrolment at ERAH Education are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds on course payments, instalments, deposits, or related tuition charges once payment has been made or processed, including if you withdraw, do not start, or do not complete the course.

Any exception applies only where refund is required by applicable law in your jurisdiction. Questions about billing should be directed to our team using the contact details at the end of this page.

5. Online payments (PayHere)

When you pay for courses or other services online, you may complete payment through PayHere, a payment gateway authorised in Sri Lanka (see www.payhere.lk). Card and wallet details are entered on PayHere’s secure checkout. ERAH Education does not collect or store your full card number, CVV/CVC, or PIN on our servers.

Your purchase is a contract between you and ERAH Education for educational services. PayHere processes the payment as a payment service provider on our behalf. Questions about programme access, quality, or refunds are handled by us under these Terms and our Refund Policy—not by PayHere—except where card-scheme rules or applicable law require otherwise.

6. Student Conduct

Students are expected to maintain professional and respectful behavior. Prohibited activities include:

• Harassment or discrimination of any kind
• Academic dishonesty or plagiarism
• Sharing course materials without permission
• Disruptive behavior in virtual classrooms or forums

7. Intellectual Property

All course materials, including but not limited to videos, documents, presentations, and assessments, are the intellectual property of ERAH Education and are protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized distribution or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ERAH Education or its suppliers be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the educational materials, even if ERAH Education or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

9. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of our services, to understand our practices.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms & Conditions on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, without regard to conflict-of-law rules that would apply another country’s laws. Subject to mandatory consumer protections where you reside, you agree that the courts of Sri Lanka shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services, except that PayHere-related disputes may also be subject to PayHere’s terms and card-network rules where applicable.
